I hope Manager Rose is being acknowledged for excellent customer service. This Lady always has a smile on her face. Always helping customers everytime I am in there.Nothing but professionalism and quality of service. Jewel is fortunate to have her. I've borne witness to customers favoring her line of service. Great deals with using the Jewels App. I got 4 - 6pks of Pepsi for $9. Huge Bell peppers for 0.49 each. The manager was helpful since the price wasn't ringing up right. Pleasant helpful workers at the store. Nice visit. Everything was in stock at budget friendly prices

I love the Jewel's in South Holland! They go above and beyond. More than once, I have come in with a last-minute request, including a specific wrist corsage for prom the day before. And they did everything to accommodate my request with a smile. Plus, the ready to go flower arrangements are way better than some other locations, and the prices are much more reasonable than a florist.

My friends my friends this place has so much fresh food in there. Everything wrap in one. I can just sleep in there in eat all night. Today I went in got a chicken Cesar salad that’s on sale for 5 bucks normally they are 10 bucks. That was awesome! Then I went in got one of those whole hot chicken that they have baked already never taste that kind before it was amazing. Along with Hawaiian dinner rolls now that put the icing on the cake. Despite my last negative visit you guys really made up for that one. I am so happy sitting stuffing my face. Thanks guys see you soon!

Whenever there is an event I order chicken from here. I usually get fried and baked. Most people think they like the fried until they taste the one that they baked. And that is amazing, so tasty.

First time doing a park and pick up. The pick up was fast accurate and the employee was very polite and respectful. Food items preparing for holiday, good quality very good sales and savings. Will definitely do it again stress free. Not Going in the Store... No not now. NOTHING!

This is my local Jewel-Osco I wish that the company took better care of the store it is completely different compared to the store in Bourbonnais and that feels very discriminatory Kankakee is the county seat the county of Kankakee and everybody seems to want to write us off there's a hole in the flooring right as you walk in the front door and they just put the floors down maybe four or five years ago you need to buy a stronger product for all the foot traffic so fix that floor spruce up my store and compliment my staff so that they feel happier and so that I can feel happier as a customer because they're not looking at me with sour faces because they're underpaid and overworked an un- complimented.
